Shipping Coverage

Infinity Cardano Wellness delivers products across India through our trusted logistics partners. We currently ship to all states and union territories in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking details. You can track your order directly through the logistics partner's website using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delivery delays may occur due to:

• Adverse weather conditions or natural calamities
• Public holidays or logistical constraints
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

Infinity Cardano is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. However, we will work with our logistics partners to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
